How do you run this on a Mac? I read through some of the other questions but didn't see an answer so I'm asking again. I purchased Week 1 (FULL) at more than $10.99 but can't get it to open. I tried both the 17GB version (which took me a couple days to download with the Mega cap) and I tried the heavily compressed version for mac and neither open. I'm on Mac OS Catalina.
Extract (unzip, unrar) the game.
Open Terminal (the app can be found in Launchpad)
From within Terminal, type "cd" followed by a space, then drag and drop the folder you extracted (from step 1) into terminal. For me, that resulted in this text:
cd /Users/taz/MEGAsync\ Downloads/EcchiSensei-Week_1-FULL_ver
Press return
copy/paste the following, then press return.
vi EcchiSensei.app/Contents/MacOS/EcchiSensei
A lot of text will be displayed in Terminal. Type the following code (but do not copy/paste this as it won't work)
:set ff=unix
press return
Type the following code (but do not copy/paste this)
:wq
press return.
open the Game. It's located inside of the folder you extracted (step 1). The icon for the game is a person in panties. (You can close Terminal.)
Hi I did all the steps and it now opens and I no longer get the "can't be opened" message but it doesn't actually fully open for me.
Like I get the bouncing icon on the dock as if the apps about to open but then it just bounces back off and doesn't open and that's everytime I try to open the app.
(I'm not sure that fully makes sense but I think that best way to describe it lol).

Hey BlueCat I just finished week one and I noticed that even if I chose to marry Tomoe the next day instead of the inital encounter with her mom during the interview they still reference a blowjob/deep throat I never received why is that is it a bug? Also Kotori Oda appears in the family section of the character list even before I found out she was an Oda. This was kinda of a bummer because when it came to the interview the surprise was no longer a surprise.
Is there a way we can report these inconsistencies to you?

At the Enter name screen, just hit Enter to go to the next character and keep the name there. This is done so that the player could rename the different characters if they don't want to use the actual names, Maybe you think Jennifer would be a better name for Mao, well this gives you the option to rename her as you see fit.
I think I was incorrectly under the assumption that the main game was free and I had to use some rename thing to play the main game rather then the stand-alone stuff, I now see the main game is a standalone purchase in order to play it, my bad

Ok, I solved the popup issue with a "chmod +x /EcchiSensei.app/Contents/MacOS/EcchiSensei" in the terminal.
However now when I click on the Application nothing happens. Again, same behavior also for all the other packages listed as compatible with Mac. When I click on the Application nothing happens.
hey mate, i found it out, when you open up DM for week one, it has all those folders, basically, you will be replacing all your Week 1 files with their equivalent names in DM folder, lmk if that makes sense just be sure to make backups(duplicate/copy paste) your original week 1 if you come into any issues
"Week 1" is a good start to play the game, because it contains the first week of the game. After that, if you still like the game, you need to download the days after week 1.
So day 8+9, day 10+11, and the upcoming day 12-14 (which also includes day 8-14)
the downloads are so confusing ... could you make a package download that containts everything you created so far... when i go to downloads , i can't even see the full week download

You're supposed to click the text box above the keyboard and that progresses the text, then exit the conversation and that will take you to contacts, then close the phone by clicking one of the little buttons on the somewhere on the phone (I think it's the arrow at the bottom to exit).
Is it possible to dark mind patch the android week 1 apk? I've asked around but I'm always redirected toward the week 1 final patcher for pc, which I know how to use for the pc version, but doesn't patch the apk as far as I know.

And as they said in other comments, I entered Preferences, but there was no option to start new game, nor the others.

i accidentally installed day 3-4 in my phone but i haven't played day 1-2 yet...now im trying to install day 1-2 but it won't let me and im trying to uninstall day 3-4 temporarily for me to properly play the game...but when im uninstalling it just got stucked... What can i do to fix this?

Ok, I found the issue, there was another file with execution permission issues at
EcchiSensei-HalloweenSpecial/EcchiSensei.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/darwin-x86_64/EcchiSensei.
The same problem plagues all the packages. Now I can run.
Ok, now it crashes over and over with python path issues. This game has not been thoroughly tested on mac...
it's true. we had some mac problems in the past. but they are gone since the beta of day 10+11.
our mac version now is stable. For unstable previous STANDALONE versions: we work on it.
Halloween special isn't a standalone version.
"Fapoween 2018" was puttet into the canon story of week 1 and ended up in an dream sequence.
Same goes for "Fapoween 2019" which will be also merged into "Week 2"
OSX binaries still dont run.

Single day downloads are no longer available, because they are merged into "Week 1"
so you need to donlowad the Week 1 apk which contains the new and Day 1-7
